• Royal Mail Tracked 24® – Estimated 1-2 days from dispatch. Free on orders over £100.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48® – Estimated 2-3 days from dispatch. Free on orders over £50.

Delivery Information
 

We strive to dispatch all orders promptly to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Our daily dispatch cut-off times are:

• Monday – Friday: Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day.

• Saturday: Orders by 12pm will be dispatched the same day

• Sunday & Bank Holidays: No dispatch – orders will be processed the next working day.
   

Orders placed after these cut-off times will be dispatched on the next working day.

 

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not liable for any additional costs incurred due to delays, lost, or misrouted orders. For full details, please refer to our Terms of Service. If your order has not arrived 3-5 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us, and we will liaise with Royal Mail to resolve the issue.
