Returns Policy

At Dex'd, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of the trading card market. Please review our returns policy below:

1. Your Rights Under UK Consumer Law
 

  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, provided you notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • If a fault develops after 30 days, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
     

2. Returns and Refund Conditions
 

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Sealed Products: Products such as booster packs, boxes, or other sealed trading card items must remain unopened, with all original seals intact.

  • Individual Cards: Single cards or card bundles must be returned in the condition in which they were sold. Cards showing signs of damage, tampering, or wear will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided with the return.
     

3. Non-Refundable Items
 

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Opened booster packs, boxes, or other sealed products.

  • Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.

  • Cards that have been graded by a professional grading service (e.g., PSA, Beckett) after purchase.
     

4. Change of Mind
 

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. For non-faulty items:

  • You may return the item within 14 days of receipt if it is unopened and in its original condition.

  • The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
     

5. Cancelling or Amending your Order


If you need to cancel or amend your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order is being processed. If the order has already been dispatched, you may still return it following step 6 of our Returns Policy.

6. Returns Process
 

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at carl@dexd.co.uk within the applicable timeframe to receive a return authorisation.

  2. Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

  3. Ship the item to our returns address. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
     

7. Refund Processing
 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
     

8. Responsibility for Return Costs

If you wish to return an item that is not faulty, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning any items so we can assist you with the process.

9. Tampered or Damaged Returns
 

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • Sealed products have been opened.

  • Individual cards show signs of tampering, damage, or use inconsistent with their original condition.

  • Any attempt to defraud the return process is identified.
